Pilots and aviation personnel wishing to use the Internet Flight Information Service (IFIS) must register as a user of the IFIS system in order to access pre-flight briefing and flight planning services, and to request NOTAM action. Personal details will be used only for the purposes of operating the IFIS site, see our Privacy Statement for further information.
Users will be required to provide a valid User Name and Password to access most services within this site.
Pre-flight meteorological information supplied by Airways New Zealand is limited by contract with the Meteorological Service of NZ. To this end, forecast information obtained from IFIS is not to be used for commercial purposes.

Note: If you do not log in to the IFIS website for more than 12 months, your username will be automatically expired. If this happens you will need to re-register as a IFIS user before being able to use the website again to obtain pre-flight briefings or file flight plans.
